INSTRUCTIONS :

1. 2nd Dose of Covid Vaccination only
2. After completion of 84 days from the date of 1st dose of Covishield vaccination OR After completion of 28 days from the date of 1st dose of Covaxine Vaccination. ( Please bring the proof of 1st dose of vaccination- Mobile message / certificate of 1st dose of vaccination)
3. Please bring Aadhar Card for Family members
4. Please make sure to have adequate food ( Breakfast or lunch prior to arriving at vaccination center)

NOTE :

1. All the advocates are required to carry their advocates I.D. Card issued by Karnataka State Bar Council or Advocates Association.
2. After Registration you will receive the message to your registered mobile number about date, time and place of vaccination.
